1. Service Description

Lokio helps local businesses manage their Google Business Profile by providing AI-generated review responses, AI-generated business posts, and competitor analysis. The service is designed to assist you — all AI-generated content requires your approval before publication.

2. Account

• You must sign in using a valid Google account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate content that is abusive, defamatory, or misleading
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service
• Impersonate another person or manage profiles you don't have rights to
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond what we provide

4. AI-Generated Content

• Lokio uses artificial intelligence to generate review replies and business posts as drafts for your consideration
• All AI-generated content requires your review and approval before it is published — we never publish content automatically
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publication
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete — always review it carefully
• We do not guarantee any specific business results from using AI-generated content

5. Google Business Profile Access

• By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize Lokio to access your business data for the purpose of providing the service
• You must have the right to manage any business profiles you connect to Lokio
• We act on your behalf only with your explicit approval for each action
• You can disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time from your account settings

6. Intellectual Property

• The Lokio brand, logo, design, and code are our property and protected by intellectual property laws
• AI-generated content created for your business belongs to you once generated
• Your business data, reviews, and profile information remain your property at all times

7. Payment

Lokio currently offers a free tier. Paid plans may be introduced in the future. If paid plans are introduced, we will notify you in advance and you will not be charged without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lokio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We are not responsible for the consequences of content you choose to publish through the service, including AI-generated content you have approved. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice in the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
